How many children are included in the party?
A Sprout Party includes 15 children and 20 adults, sized to keep Discovery Play™ comfortable and enjoyable. A Full Forest Private Party includes 20 children and 40 adults, and you can add more children ($15 each) and adults ($10 each). The birthday child is included in the count, and siblings count too!
Can I bring my own food, cake, and decorations?
Yes! Families are welcome to bring their own food, drinks, cake, tableware, and decorations.
Are there any decoration restrictions?
To keep our space safe and easy to clean, please skip glitter or confetti, open flames, smoke machines, and wall adhesives that may damage surfaces. Questions about a decoration? Just ask!
When can I set up?
The party host may arrive early to decorate and prepare — 15 minutes before a Sprout Party, 30 minutes before Full Forest. Early access is for the party host only.
Do adults count toward the guest limit?
Yes. Each package includes a set number of adults: 20 for a Sprout Party and 40 for a Full Forest Private Party. Extra adults are $10 each, and counts help us keep everyone safe and comfortable.
Are parents required to stay?
Yes. Every child needs a completed waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian before participating, and parents and caregivers remain responsible for supervising their children while our team guides the fun.
What if I have more than 15 children?
Choose the Full Forest Private Party: the whole facility to yourselves, 20 children included, and room to add more at $15 each.
Can I bring outside entertainment?
Character performers, inflatables, and other special attractions need prior approval from Stomp & Play before the event.
Do I need to clean up?
No — gather your personal belongings and decorations, and our team handles the general cleanup of the party space.
Is a deposit required?
Yes — a deposit reserves your party date and time, first-come, first-served.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Please see our Party Agreement for current cancellation and rescheduling policies.
What should guests wear?
Comfortable play clothes for climbing and exploring. Stomp & Play grip socks are required for all children and adults in the play areas — available for purchase at check-in if you need a pair.
Can we stay after the party ends?
Parties conclude at the end of the reserved time so every celebration stays on schedule. Additional time may be available for purchase based on availability.
