Membership Policy

No refunds

All membership fees are non-refundable. Failure to use the membership does not relieve your obligation to make payments.

Cancellation policy

Membership cancellations and plan changes must be submitted through your online account. Please submit your request at least 15 days before the end of your billing cycle.

Your membership benefits continue through the last day before your effective date, and you will not be billed on or after that date. You may withdraw a pending cancellation request through your account at any time before it takes effect.

Cancellation requests made in person, by phone, by email, or through employees will not be accepted or processed. Employees are not responsible for cancellations or terminations of membership.

Your online account remains accessible after cancellation so you can view your records and rejoin at any time; facility access ends on your membership's last day.

Non-transferable membership

Memberships are issued to specific individuals and may not be shared, transferred, or resold. Misuse of a membership may result in suspension or termination without refund.
